葡萄牙体育俱乐部-足球股份有限公司（以下简称“葡体”），根据欧洲议会和理事会于2014年4月16日颁布的第596/2014号条例第17条规定的信息披露义务，在2024年10月29日向市场发布公告后，现通知如下：

葡体与曼彻斯特联足球俱乐部（以下简称“曼联”）就教练鲁本-阿莫林的离职条款达成协议，曼联将支付给葡体1100万欧元。

此外，由于撤销和重新谈判中介佣金相关合同，葡体还将获得165.8万欧元的收益，这些金额被记录为负债和或有潜在的负债。
